Specifies what type of event a monitor event is.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Changed

a file changed.

§

ChangesDoneHint

a hint that this was probably the last change in a set of changes.

§

Deleted

a file was deleted.

§

Created

a file was created.

§

AttributeChanged

a file attribute was changed.

§

PreUnmount

the file location will soon be unmounted.

§

Unmounted

the file location was unmounted.

§

Moved

the file was moved – only sent if the (deprecated) FileMonitorFlags::SEND_MOVED flag is set

§

Renamed

the file was renamed within the current directory – only sent if the FileMonitorFlags::WATCH_MOVES flag is set. Since: 2.46.

§

MovedIn

the file was moved into the monitored directory from another location – only sent if the FileMonitorFlags::WATCH_MOVES flag is set. Since: 2.46.

§

MovedOut

the file was moved out of the monitored directory to another location – only sent if the FileMonitorFlags::WATCH_MOVES flag is set. Since: 2.46
